Our Montrêux community is enjoying beautiful weather with clear sunny skies and no precipitation in the forecast for several days. Our roadways on property are clear and dry; however, please watch for landscape crews as they will be performing spring clean-up, and maintenance. Please drive safe and observe posted speeds and stop signs. Today's weather: Sunny skies with daytime high around 71 degrees Fahrenheit. Montrêux Road Conditions Update, March 22, 2009

Washoe County is presently under a winter "Snow Advisory” until 10 O'clock PM tonight with an accumulation of about 2 inches of new snow. While on property, please use caution and observe posted speeds for there are icy spots on property. Today's weather: Windy with gusts up to 30 mph. Temperatures today between 35 degrees and 43 degrees Fahrenheit. Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph becoming west 15 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Our Montrêux community is presently enjoying spring-like conditions with our roadways clear and dry. Please watch for landscape crews along the side of the roadway and on the parkways as they will be performing spring clean-up, lawn thatching and aerating. Presently all existing roadways on Montrêux are clear of snow. However, while on property, please use caution and observe posted speeds for there are icy spots (black ice) on property.
