Here at Montrêux our area is enjoying beautiful spring weather today, with cloudless sunny skies and no precipitation in the forecast for the entire week. Our roadways on property are scheduled for street-sweeping on Monday, April 20th. For your safety and the safety of others, please maintain posted speeds and observe all traffic signs on property. Montrêux Road Conditions Update, April 3, 2009

Washoe County is presently under a winter "Snow Advisory” until 11 O'clock AM this morning with an accumulation of 1 to 2 inches of snow. While on property, please use caution and observe posted speeds for there are icy spots on property. Today's weather: Temperatures today between 27 degrees and 48 degrees Fahrenheit.
