Sales Update August 2008

We had a fantastic turnout at the Home Tour during the Legends Reno - Tahoe Open! It was great to meet so many new people interested in the homes and lifestyle Montrêux has to offer. A big thanks to all the people who stopped by the booth to say hello and view the houses we had open.

The Home Tour brought 250 prospects through the 4 showcased homes! The visitors raved about the quality and value found in Montrêux.

Since our last update, we have had increased activity in our sales office. A resale StoneHaven has gone into escrow. And, we have yet another Chalet reservation for Lot 1015!

By the way, have your noticed all the road work and infrastructure along hole number 8? Montrêux's putting in the roads to release custom homesites along this hole!
