Sales Update September 2008

This has been the month of The Chalets! Two more Chalets went into escrow!

The new owners of lot #1017 will build the very first Chalet plan #2. This Chalet floor plan is 3480 SF, single-level. Construction will start as soon as weather permits in 2009.

Additionally, the Chalet spec on the corner of Nordend and Bordeaux, will have a new homeowner within a few weeks. With the addition of these deals, this quarter alone has seen three Chalet sales. This type of activity is fantastic for the entire Montrêux Community.

As always, please stop by the Welcome Center for more information on the Chalets and available homes in the Montrêux Community. We are also making great progress on the home-sites along hole #8... these highly anticipated lots offer golf course, trees and mountain views. More information coming soon!
