Sales Update March 2009

Buyers are definitely coming out of the woodwork for some of the best pricing that Montreux has ever seen! It is encouraging to see the start of some momentum.

The evidence of Buyers taking advantage of some incredible values has been seen in the past month. A custom lot, a Creekside Manor, and a Renaissance home have all closed escrow in Montreux just in the past 30 days.

The significant price reductions we reported last month caught the attention of some of our fellow members. The Creekside Manor was sold to our newest Montreux residents from Incline Village.

Additionally, a custom homesite along the first fairway closed escrow and another fellow Montreux member purchased a Renaissance home.
