The Montreux Home Owners Association has a new operating procedure.

This Operating Procedure provides the specific steps to provide for the safety and security of Montreux residents in the event an emergency situation is presented that affects the entire Montreux Community.

Driveway Construction Near Gatehouse

Please be advised that the driveway entrance at Montrêux’ Gatehouse is scheduled for re-surfacing (installation of new stone pavers) commencing Tuesday, March 18, 2008. Work will be conducted every day weather permitting. All traffic through the main security gate will be controlled by construction flagmen and monitored by Montrêux Security. Please use CAUTION and allow for slow traffic when entering or exiting Montrêux, as you may experience slight delays.

CAUTION: WORK ZONE

Please be advised that work is being done to upgrade the pedestrian walkway from the Security Gatehouse to Montreux Lane. Work will be conducted every day with weather permitting. Please use CAUTION if using the pedestrian walk way.
