Security updates from Montreux Security Personnel.
Slurry seal projects within the Montrêux Community will be conducted by Intermountain Slurry Contractors on the dates and times identified below. During the respective day(s) of the project, no vehicular traffic will be allowed on the specified street(s) between the hours of 7 O’clock AM and 5 O’clock PM.
The entire area of the cottages (Montrêux Lane and intersecting side streets) will be slurry sealed on Tuesday, June 30, 2009. For those residents needing access to their vehicles, it is suggested that they park at the Montrêux Clubhouse lot or on the streets of the Chalet Project (Nordend Way & Alpinista Circle) before 7 O’clock AM on Tuesday, June 30, 2009.
Lake Geneva Drive and Breithorn Court will be slurry sealed on Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Lake Geneva Drive will be sealed from the area of Breithorn Court to Bordeaux Drive. It is suggested that residents affected in this area park on Lake Geneva Drive above Breithorn Court prior to 7 O’clock AM for access to their vehicles.
There will be additional slurry seal applied in small areas of DeChardin Lane on Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Vehicular traffic should not be affected for this limited application and will be controlled by flagmen.
As a reminder, Intermountain contractors will place door hanger notifications for all affected residents for these projects 48 hours before work begins. Traffic control cones with notification signage will be placed on your street 24 hours prior to the commencement of each project.

Roadwork crews are scheduled to crack seal the asphalt on all roadways of Montreux property June 23, and June 24, 2009. Traffic will be controlled by construction flagmen and monitored by Montrêux Security. Additionally, the areas of Lake Geneva Drive, Cottages, and a portion of De Chardin Lane are scheduled for Slurry Seal application on June 30, and July 1, 2009. During these periods, please use CAUTION and allow for slow traffic while on Montrêux property.

Here at Montrêux road repair crews are working near the front (main) entranceway and Gatehouse area. Please drive safe and allow for extra time when entering and exiting Montrêux property.
